How to Double the free 12GB data from MTN

The very interesting thing about this data is that it can be doubled, all you have to do is to redial the first code *131*205# and get another whooping 12GB data...Do this till you get enough for the year and next too, lol

    I tried it yesterday and it worked buh the data isn't working, I have about 109gb buh it's not working. What should I do please?

      Power of your phone and turn on back
      Send settings to 3888, you can as well troubleshoot your network to see if the issue is resolved.

      Go to settings and select 3G/4G or 3G only or 2G only to see if it works

      Select your network provider to manual or automatic to see if it work

      Change your APN and server to see if it works.

      If issue still continues please give a feedback and we will get back to you inmediately.

      I've tried everything thought they haven't sent a message yet after I sent settings to 3888. How do I troubleshoot my network?

      To troubleshoot your network,

      Go to settings and select 3G/4G or 3G only or 2G only to see if it works

      Select your network provider to manual or automatic to see if it work

      Change your APN and server to see if it works.

      The free data has been taken from all users, but back then, if you had tethering hotspot shared connection to another user, you will notice its working on the third party phones. So the there is a bug in your connection and phone IP.

      Sorry about that, if it was still up i would have look forward to helping you on setting it all up for internet browsing.
